The 20th Reunion was a great turn out. I enjoyed the small group we had of about 100 because it allowed everyone to get to see and talk to each person. What a fun, festive gathering we had. The place (next to the water), decorations were nice, but the food was mediocre.(it's ok, I didn't come there for the food) It was well worth the $82.00/couple we spent. Everyone looked great. Gerrit VanWingerden traveled from Portland, Oregon. It was great to see those that didn't come to the 10th. There were a couple of newlyweds: Allen Feng and Gary Kephart with their beautiful wives. One thing I can say about the class of '82 is that we are a close-knit bunch and it showed in the faces of people that were so happy to be there to see each other after all these years. I think people who shy away from or avoid high school reunions are people who didn't have any real affinities with their classmates, but that's just my opinion. I ha ve a wonderful husband, the affection of loved ones, and I feel truly blessed about every aspect of my life. And I enjoy seeing friends from the past looking so well. The Gladiator spirit is alive and well.
